About the Role
Aptitude Migration is looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives across multiple regions including Pakistan, Dubai, and Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to generate quality leads for education and migration services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Content Planning
- Develop and execute a detailed monthly content calendar.
- Align content with admissions cycles, events, and marketing objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
2. Paid Advertising Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and lead quality.
3. Social Media Management
- Oversee daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries professionally.
4. Lead Management & Coordination
- Ensure timely lead handover to counsellors with complete details.
- Share daily lead updates with branch managers.
- Tag and track leads by source, campaign, and region.
5. Lead Quality & Conversion Support
- Coordinate with branch managers to assess lead quality.
- Recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
6. Creative & Design Coordination
- Conduct weekly meetings with designers for campaign visuals and videos.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing creatives aligned with branding guidelines.
7. Campaign Execution (Intakes & Events)
- Run campaigns aligned with international intake cycles (UK, Australia, USA, France, Canada).
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for in-house expos, seminars, and information sessions.
8. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, engagement rate, and ROI.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
9. Landing Pages & Automation
- Manage landing pages, email marketing workflows, and WhatsApp automation sequences.
- Ensure smooth nurturing of leads through the marketing funnel.
10. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with admissions and migration teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
- Coordinate with branch teams across regions.
11. Innovation & Strategy
- Introduce new campaign ideas, ad formats, and marketing trends.
- Recommend innovative tools and growth strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (education/migration sector preferred).
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
