Responsibilities

- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI through performance marketing techniques.
- Optimize website content for conversion by applying conversion optimization strategies and analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Create engaging content for various channels including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages using content creation best practices.
- Maintain and update content management systems like WordPress, ensuring website content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for digital assets.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement in B2B or e-commerce environments.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, adjusting strategies based on data insights to improve results continuously.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page optimization and backlink strategies.
- Experience managing social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website management.
