Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key contributor in collaborating on and executing vital components of our digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and sales to Charleys restaurants. It requires someone who can balance creativity with analytical insight to ensure Charleys stays relevant, visible, and connected to our growing community.
This role will have primary accountabilities for Charleys social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, but will also have opportunities to grow and contribute to other areas of the digital marketing organization, such as the Charleys mobile app, Bite Club Rewards loyalty program, brand site and overall web presence, and paid media/performance marketing.
