Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
Impact Merchant Group is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and elevate our brand across multiple digital channels. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance engagement, increase conversions, and support our overall business objectives. Your expertise in SEO, content creation, social media management, and performance marketing will be instrumental in delivering measurable results. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing channels to reach targeted audiences effectively.
  • Utilize SEO tools and techniques to improve website visibility, perform keyword research, and optimize content for search engines.
  • Manage content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop to produce engaging visuals and compelling messaging.
  • Oversee content management to update website content regularly while ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to track KPIs, generate reports, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and marketing automation tools to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and managing social media management tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google AdWords/Google Ads campaigns, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in content creation including copywriting, graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
  • Experience in conversion optimization techniques along with marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences in B2B (business-to-business) contexts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Develops and executes marketing strategies independently with minimal guidance.
  • Utilizes Canva and Adobe Photoshop to create engaging content, while managing campaigns and analytics through Meta Business Manager and various social media platforms.
