We're Hiring | Digital Marketing Specialist Raymond Sport Leisure Group — Dubai

We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Raymond Sport & Leisure Group.

Role Overview You will be responsible for managing and executing our full digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels — driving visibility, engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Run and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Manage and grow TikTok Ads and content performance
• Handle end-to-end Social Media Management across all platforms
• Implement and oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
• Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms to attract new clients and increase brand visibility
• Create tracking systems to manage and optimize campaigns
• Candidate will be responsible for 5 websites
• Manage and optimize product listings on Noon and Amazon, including content creation, imagery, pricing strategy, and sponsored ads to drive online sales

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record in paid advertising and organic growth
• Proficient in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Lady candidates are preferred
