Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer with a proven track record in generating qualified demo leads and driving measurable e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in paid ads, conversion optimization, and growth strategies, with the ability to design and execute campaigns that deliver ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive product demos and qualified leads
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels for both B2B demo generation and B2C e-commerce sales.
- Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels for maximum conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing for targeting, messaging, and offers.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV).
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure demo leads are high-quality and sales-ready.
- Manage remarketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in performance marketing for lead generation and e-commerce growth.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, or influencer partnerships (preferred).
- Excellent copywriting and creative direction for ad campaigns.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and hit CPA/ROAS targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or tech product lead generation.
- Experience in managing Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms for e-commerce.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Number of qualified demo leads generated per month.
- Conversion rate from demo → customer.
- E-commerce sales volume and ROAS.
- Reduced Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Increased Lifetime Value (LTV) through retention campaigns.
