Digital Marketing Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. This position requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and expertise in digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Oversee social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Lead and coordinate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with at least 3–4 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
