Digital Media and Sales Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are a dynamic company in the construction industry seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Media & Sales Executive. This is not a desk-only job. It's a hands-on, pivotal role for a hustler who thrives on both creativity and closing deals. You will be the digital voice of all our brands/products and the driving force generating new business on the ground.

You will be solely responsible for managing our entire digital footprint—from creating engaging content at project sites to publishing and analyzing performance. Simultaneously, you will hit the streets, meeting potential clients door-to-door, following up on digital leads, and converting them into sales. If you are a self-starter with a passion for content, a knack for sales, and basic knowledge of construction, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Media & Content Management:

  • Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). This includes:
  • Taking photographs and videos at construction sites, of our products, and team.
  • Creating graphics, infographics, and Reels using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Writing compelling captions and copy.
  • Platform Management: Manage and oversee all company social media accounts. Schedule and publish content daily to build a strong online presence.
  • Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, leads generated) weekly to optimize strategy.
  • Documentation: Assist in creating and managing basic quotation documents and invoices for sales made.

2. Sales & Business Development:

  • Lead Generation: Use digital channels and on-ground field visits to generate new sales leads.
  • Door-to-Door Sales: Actively conduct field sales visits, including door-to-door canvassing, to builders, contractors, architects, and construction companies across Lahore.
  • Sales Process: Assist in the entire sales cycle from initial contact and presentation to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the construction industry.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.

Who You Are (Requirements & Qualifications):

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a combined role involving social media management and field sales.
  • A strong portfolio of content you have created (e.g., Instagram handle, graphic design samples).
  • An interest in and familiarity with using emerging AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, image generation, copywriting, or video editing) to improve efficiency and results is a significant plus.
  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry (e.g., familiarity with common building materials, construction phases, key players).
  • Own a personal laptop for content creation and a smartphone with a high-quality camera.
  • Own reliable personal conveyance (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver's license for daily travel across Lahore.
  • A driven, self-motivated "hustler" mentality with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Urdu and English.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin) for business.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush).
  • Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel for quotations and tracking).

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • However, we prioritize skills and attitude over degrees. Exceptional candidates with a proven portfolio and relevant experience, regardless of their educational background, are strongly encouraged to apply.
