Digital Sales Executive

Position Title: Digital Sales Executive
Location: DHA Phase 6 – Grand City Head Office
Timings: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

Grand City is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Digital Sales Executive to join our Faisalabad Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and converting digital leads, handling online sales inquiries, and contributing directly to revenue growth through digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sales confidence, and experience in handling online platforms such as social media, WhatsApp, CRM systems, and property portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to digital leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, website, and property portals.
  • Convert online inquiries into site visits and bookings.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data and sales pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital sales, real estate sales, or online lead handling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and digital lead management tools.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
