Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert inbound leads from digital channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, email)
- Maintain and update lead pipelines using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
- Track, analyze, and optimize customer journeys through effective CRM usage
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent engagement and personalized communication
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and after-sales teams for a seamless customer experience
- Generate insights from CRM data to improve sales strategies, targeting, and retention
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Sales, CRM handling, or Customer Relationship Management
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, email platforms, etc.)
- Highly organized, target-driven, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple leads and pipelines efficiently
Preferred Profile:
- Fresh graduates with strong CRM knowledge and digital sales understanding are encouraged to apply
- Experience in lead nurturing, sales funnels, or automation tools is a plus
- A proactive team player who can use data to drive sales decisions
