Role Overview
The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for selling website development and digital presence solutions to small and medium‑sized businesses. The ideal candidate has experience in cold calling, understands how to work with a sales script, and has consistently met or exceeded KPIs in previous roles. A neutral or soft accent is preferred to ensure smooth communication with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume cold calling to generate leads and close sales for website development services.
- Follow a structured sales script while maintaining a natural, confident communication style.
- Identify customer needs and pitch relevant website packages and digital solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, follow‑ups, and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs, including call targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends to improve sales performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in website sales, digital services sales, or telesales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in past roles.
- Ability to confidently follow a script while adapting to customer responses.
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral/soft accent.
- Strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
- Comfortable making 80–150+ calls per day (or similar high‑volume targets).
- Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, and online business presence.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to international markets (US, UK, Australia, Middle East).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Understanding of website types (business sites, e‑commerce, landing pages, etc.).

Pay: Up to Rs180,000.00 per month
