Digital Transformation Associate – Social Intelligence & Content Strategy

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Intelligence & Trend Analysis
Monitor and analyze trends across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and emerging platforms
Conduct social listening to identify audience behavior, sentiment, and cultural shifts
Convert insights into actionable content and campaign strategies

2. Content Creation & Platform Strategy
Develop high-performing content for:
TikTok (short-form, viral-first content)
YouTube (long-form & Shorts)
Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
Build content frameworks aligned with platform algorithms and audience psychology

3. E-commerce Content & UI Contribution (Shopify & Amazon)
Create and optimize:
Website banners and promotional creatives
Product page visuals and content layouts
Storefront UI concepts for Shopify-based websites
Amazon listing creatives (A+ content, infographics, thumbnails)
Ensure content aligns with conversion-focused design and user experience (UX)
Work closely with design and development teams to enhance digital storefront performance

4. Performance Marketing Alignment
Collaborate with paid media teams to create content optimized for:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Understand conversion funnels and create content that drives measurable results

5. Presentation & Strategic Communication
Develop high-quality presentations for internal and client-facing use
Present insights, strategies, and performance with clarity and strong storytelling

6. Continuous Optimization
Track performance metrics and refine strategies based on data
Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes, and digital commerce trends

What We’re Looking For

3+years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or content analysis
Practical working knowledge of:
Shopify (storefront content, banners, UI awareness)
Amazon (listing optimization, A+ content, visual storytelling)
Proven experience in:
Social listening and trend analysis
Multi-platform content creation (TikTok, YouTube, Meta)
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, UX principles, and conversion-driven content
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
Ability to combine analytical thinking with creative execution

Working Hours: (Monday - Friday)
Females: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Males: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
