The Digital Transformation Manager will own the companyβs end-to-end digital transformation agendaβfrom mapping and re-engineering business processes through the implementation and creation of other internal applications, to driving adoption, automation, integration, and continuous improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring that technology investments yield measurable efficiency gains, scalability, automation, efficiency, and business value. The ideal candidate combines in-depth process mapping and change management expertise with a strong technical background in enterprise systems, software development, process automation, and integration.
π What Youβll Get Your Hands On
Digital Strategy & Roadmap
Assess the current technology landscape and business processes to surface digital opportunities.
Build and maintain a multi-year transformation roadmap, aligned with corporate goals and budget.
Process Mapping & Improvement
Facilitate workshops to document βas-isβ processes and design βto-beβ states across departments.
Quantify gaps and pain points, and prioritize improvements using data-driven analysis.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and coach teams on optimization techniques.
ERP & Application Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of the ERP platform (preferably Odoo) and other business-critical applicationsβconfiguration, customization, upgrades, and maintenance.
Ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving business processes, compliance, and security requirements.
Application Integration
Architect and manage integrations between ERP and satellite applications (finance, HR, Operations, etc.).
Govern API standards, data architecture, and security across integrations.
Change Management & Adoption
Develop and execute change-management plans (communications, training, support) to drive user adoption.
Act as a change ambassador, ensuring stakeholders embrace new processes and tools.
Project & Program Management
Deliver transformation projects on scope, time, and budget; maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and stakeholder updates.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Reporting, Analytics & Governance
Build and maintain dashboards to track process-efficiency gains, system performance, and adoption metrics.
Uphold data governance and security standards in partnership with the InfoSec team.
Innovation & Emerging Technology
Monitor industry trends (AI, RPA, low-code, cloud) and propose pilots that unlock business value.
Lead proofs-of-concept and scale successful innovations enterprise-wide.

Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's in Technology Management is highly preferred.
Technical experience and knowledge

5+ years
of experience, including a minimum of 2 years leading digital-transformation or enterprise-application initiatives.
Proven experience in
process mapping, process re-engineering, and change-management frameworks

Strong project-management skills; comfortable managing multi-workstream programs with competing priorities.
