Responsibilities
- Responsible for participating in the creation, maintenance and enforcement of IM strategy, standards and procedures and assures compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring technical competence standards and for monitoring competence levels, and for overall management and development of Information Management, Document Control,
- Data Management & Record Management.
- Responsible for establishing the functional requirements for Information Management Systems and Tools and working with IT and software vendors to ensure they are met.
- Work within the Project Delivery organization to ensure IM & DM procedures are consistent with the overall execution strategies.
- Lead the implementation of Information Management & Document Management Systems and Tools
- Responsible for the development and implementation of workshare strategies within Information Management & Document Management
- Advise on the technical direction, processes and supporting technologies that will enable the successful delivery of IM, DM and related digital services.
- Responsible for engaging with the project management to coordinate and ensure all day-to-day management and operational decisions are met and that solutions meet the customer expectations, leading to successful project delivery
- Identify and assess principal execution risks for projects in IM, DM and digital systems and ensure that these are being monitored and managed
- Ensure that the digital transition maintains high ethical standards and social responsibility wherever it does business

- Significant experience and competence in operationally focused senior management roles within a complex international organisation
