We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Director - Group FP&A to drive transformation across our FP&A function, focussing on cost management, headcount planning and reporting, and profitability analysis. A key priority will be driving change to elevate transparency, efficiency, and insight across the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of margin management, and a proven track record of delivering change in dynamic, complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the transformation of cross-functional workforce reporting and deliver robust planning and insights, all aligned with strategic goals
  • Drive the enhancement of fully allocated P&Ls across business units and products embedding accountability for margin delivery.
  • Own alignment with functional Total Cost of Ownership programmes to deliver insights through seamless business reporting.
  • Design best-in-class opex and headcount reporting, optimizing dashboards and performance analytics and driving adoption of best-practice approaches
  • Establish governance structures for financial performance management.
  • Manage and mentor FP&A staff, fostering professional growth and promoting a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Significant experience in a variety of finance change leadership roles, including senior FP&A experience, ideally in a global matrixed organisation
  • History of providing strategic thought leadership, partnering, and influencing senior finance & business stakeholders
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, simplify complex concepts, and foster innovative thinking to create what best looks like for the organisation
  • Ability to take initiative and contribute to evolving business priorities to drive change
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Degree qualified and accounting certification (CPA, CA etc.) and / or MBA
