Director of Construction / Project

Job Purpose

To lead, manage, and oversee all construction and project activities within the real estate development portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct construction projects from design to completion.
• Oversee multiple residential and commercial real estate developments.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement quality control and risk management measures.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams.
• Liaise with senior management, investors, and stakeholders regarding project updates.
