Director of Human Resources

The Birch at Sutherland is in search for a Human Resources Director. Do you want to be part of a team that is passionate about providing compassion and quality care for each of our residents?

• This will most often be a Monday through Friday daytime position (8am-5pm) But some weekend and evening work may be required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Review applications for potential team members

• Interview applicants

• Manage Medical Records for residents

• Develop and manage nursing schedule

• Reporting to state agencies

• Purchasing resident/nursing supplies

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:

• 1-2 years of prior experience preferred

• Education in Human resources preferred

• Knowledge with QAPI

• Valid Driver's license as you may be required to transport residents on a weekly basis

• Professional enthusiastic attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Self-motivated

• Shows initiative in daily work
