Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to build a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and ensure alignment with company values.
HR Operations:
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and refine HR systems, processes, and policies to support company growth and efficiency.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
- Create and execute retention strategies to minimize turnover and maintain employee satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a robust employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
Employee Relations and Support:
- Act as the primary contact for employee relations, resolving conflicts and ensuring workplace harmony.
- Manage both remote and onsite teams, fostering seamless collaboration and communication.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Learning and Development:
- Identify and address training and development needs across all levels of the organization.
- Design and deliver employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Support leadership development initiatives to build managerial capabilities.
Employee Engagement and Communication:
- Leverage strong spoken and written English skills to create clear and impactful communication.
- Plan and implement employee engagement programs, both virtual and onsite, to enhance team cohesion.
- Conduct regular check-ins and surveys to address employee concerns and improve the work environment.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare detailed reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and employee satisfaction.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine HR strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing both remote and onsite teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., Resource IN, HRMS, or similar systems).
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and results.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
