We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and people-driven HR Director to join our prestigious hotels group in Hurghada.

The Director of Human Resources will oversee and lead the HR function across a group of hotels, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Director or Cluster HR within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple properties and diverse teams
Strategic mindset with hands-on implementation skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Hurghada
