Own marketing strategy. Help lead the company forward.
What You’ll Do
As our senior marketing leader reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the strategy, performance, and accountability of the entire marketing function, directly driving company wide revenue growth across events, subscriptions, and partnerships. You will lead and develop the marketing leadership team, ensuring the right people are in the right seats, aligned to clear outcomes, and operating with strong ownership and accountability. You’ll establish and execute a unified marketing strategy that supports attendee growth, subscriber expansion, team participation, and expanded partnerships revenue, all while ensuring marketing investments translate into measurable profitability.
You will own the marketing budget, optimize channel strategy based on ROI and CAC performance, and build a disciplined operating cadence aligned to company priorities. In addition, you’ll complete the 2027 marketing budget and develop a forward-looking three-year growth plan, identifying hiring needs, structural improvements, and resource shifts required to scale. Above all, you’ll ensure Prep Network’s brand, demand generation, and customer experience work together as a cohesive system that fuels sustainable growth.
