Job Summary
Responsible for driving company-wide growth, market positioning, and long-term revenue expansion through strategy, brand leadership, partnerships, key account frameworks, and market intelligence—not direct sales.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the job
Strategic Business Development

Lead strategic partnerships, joint ventures, alliances, and framework agreements (government, giga-projects, multinationals).

Own group-level key account strategy (tier-1 clients, not day-to-day selling).

Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs) and umbrella contracts.

Support in complex, high-value bids and tenders.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the manpower sourcing industry.

Gather and analyse competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Prepare reports and presentations for concerned stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Marketing & Brand Leadership

Own the corporate brand strategy across all markets.

Develop and oversee.

Go-to-Market Enablement for Business Units

Build standardized Go-to-Market frameworks (pricing logic, value propositions, sector messaging).

Create sales enablement tools (pitch decks, proposals, case studies, credentials).

Train leadership on strategic selling and client positioning.

Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and operational capability
Bid Management & Strategic Proposals

Oversee high-value, complex tenders and RFPs at management level.

Coordinate cross-functional input (Strategy, HR, finance, legal, operations).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Relevant certifications in strategic management or business development are a plus.
Knowledge and Experiences:

10+ years of experience in strategy development, business development, or management roles within the manpower sourcing or staffing industry.

Proven track record of successfully launching new services and driving business growth.
Skills:
Language: Arabic and English (Fluent).
Computer: Proficiency in business intelligence tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
