Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, pragmatic leader to run delivery and operations out of our Karachi office. This role is for someone who doesn’t just keep things running—but actively looks ahead, solves problems before they grow, and brings structure without red tape.
You’ll be the glue between our growing Karachi team and our leadership in the US—operating in complete lockstep with our COO and executive team. Communication won’t be just a skill; it’ll be your superpower. You’ll need to listen deeply, surface issues early, and convey context clearly—up, down, and across.

Key Qualifications
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in senior leadership or operations roles
  • A doer and a leader—equally comfortable executing, coaching, or stepping in to make the call
  • Clear, confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English
  • Emotionally intelligent, direct when needed, and grounded in fairness
  • Exceptionally organized, solutions-oriented, and fast to course-correct
  • Experienced in delivery environments (tech or consulting a plus)
  • Thrives in scale-up environments where today's solution may not work tomorrow
Delivery & Team Leadership
  • Partner with delivery leads to ensure strong project execution and client focus
  • Provide mentorship to help team leads grow into confident, capable leaders
  • Step in early to address team dynamics, interpersonal challenges, or delivery concerns
  • Contribute to performance assessments and ensure every team member is in the right seat
People & Culture
  • Work closely with HR to maintain a strong, healthy culture rooted in accountability and care
  • Track team morale, productivity, and performance—and intervene before problems fester
  • Guide hiring decisions, salary negotiations, and ensure hiring velocity aligns with company growth
  • Help reinforce a culture where standards are high, and support is real
Operational Oversight
  • Own daily operational needs for the Karachi office, including IT, equipment, facilities, vendors, and petty cash
  • Ensure network, security, and asset inventory are consistently managed
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence in the office—proactive, available, and approachable
Leadership & Communication
  • Stay in constant, clear communication with US-based leadership
  • Ensure alignment on goals, context, expectations, and people decisions
  • Bring visibility to what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change
  • Be the connective tissue that keeps strategy and execution in sync across time zones
