Overview
Responsible to manage, lead and develop strategically-oriented operational platforms that aim to efficiently deliver FM and EM services in regional markets, prioritizing and optimizing value from contracted scopes in line with client strategy and available resources. Build collaboration across managed portfolios to blend formal, structured processes with a responsive approach to stakeholder needs. Primarily accountable for the strategic fulfilment of operations within the assigned portfolio of assets/buildings at Contract Sites in assigned Regions while implementing best supplier and customer relationship management, facilities management, building energy services management, and maintenance to improve overall operational efficiency, maintain high customer satisfaction, and help achieve Enova business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operations & Facilities Management
- Monitor SLAs for the portfolio of assets and ensure alignment to service delivery, customer expectations, and supplier/service partner expectations to achieve quality service delivery, effective supplier relationship management, and profitability.
- Monitor service delivery performance and participate in the evaluation of suppliers' performance for Sites in the assigned Regions to ensure selection of appropriately qualified service providers/contractors at the optimum price to deliver the expected quality of service.
- Monitor resource utilization for Site Operations in the assigned Regions to ensure the right number and talent are available for running operations (civil, mechanical, electrical works, landscaping, building inspections, etc.), achieving targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control the execution of maintenance contracts, review preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and supervise implementation by employees or assigned contractor(s) to ensure quality maintenance works (including maintenance to BMS, chillers, generators, HVAC, IT, etc.).
- Monitor the quotation requests process, the preparation of Purchase Orders and Vendor Contracts, approve them, and ensure purchasing is optimized to provide timely products/services and avoid delays.
- Ensure the Annual Leave Planer is completed to provide a holistic view of forecasted leaves and employee availabilities, ensuring appropriate resourcing and uninterrupted business operations.
Leadership
- Participate and recommend actions to maximize the effective achievement of Site Contract objectives by leading the Site Operations team in the assigned Regions, setting objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and providing feedback and appraisals to maximize performance.
Organization Structure
- Contribute to defining an optimum structure for the division so that resources are utilized efficiently and communication is effective.
Budgets & Plans
- Participate in budgeting for the Site Operations unit and monitor financial performance versus budget to identify cost reduction opportunities and performance improvements.
- Lead and manage Sites in the assigned regional operations departments, ensuring planning and allocation of resources and application of standards and controls to meet objectives.
- Discuss Site-Specific Budgets with customers (including CAPEX), advise on expenditures, opportunities for cost reductions, and asset changes (e.g., changing a chiller) to ensure budgeting is accurate.
Qualifications
- 15+ years' experience in operations management including 5 years in a managerial role.
- Exposure to Maintenance and Facilities Management, especially in operations planning, HSEEQ, supplier relations management, client relations management, maintenance, and contract management.
