We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our business development efforts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to close high-value deals and build high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Build, lead, and manage the sales team from the ground up
  • Drive revenue growth through acquisition of high-value clients and long-term partnerships
  • Identify and leverage the most effective channels for organic sales growth
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners and CFOs
  • Create and manage referral networks and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in senior sales or business development roles within the US market
  • Strong understanding of accounting, audit, tax, consulting, or other professional services
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, long-cycle B2B deals
  • Experience working with SMEs, corporates, or high-net-worth clients
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale a sales function from scratch
  • Established network of clients and industry contacts in the United States
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
