Head of Marketing

Role: Head of Growth (0→1 SaaS Launch)

Overview

We’re launching a next-gen email infrastructure SaaS (cold email + transactional + marketing, full stack control). We need a high-performance operator to take this from 0 → loud market presence.

What You’ll Own

End-to-end launch strategy (Product Hunt, communities, affiliates, viral loops)

Demand generation across organic + paid (X, LinkedIn, Reddit, SEO, partnerships)

Positioning & messaging (make us impossible to ignore)

Growth experiments (landing pages, hooks, offers, onboarding flows)

Building repeatable acquisition channels post-launch

Must Have

Proven track record launching B2B SaaS products (with measurable results)

Deep experience in growth marketing, product launches, and distribution

Strong understanding of developer / technical audiences (bonus if email infra)

Ability to execute fast, test aggressively, and iterate daily

Nice to Have

Previous Product Hunt top launches

Experience in cold email / deliverability / email SaaS

Existing audience or distribution advantage

Success =

High-impact launch (PH traction, signups, revenue)

Clear acquisition channels identified within 30–60 days

Strong brand presence in the email / growth ecosystem

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
