Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head – Enterprise Solution / SaaS Products to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling SaaS products and/or enterprise solutions, with proven experience in driving revenue growth and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT sales, SaaS products, or enterprise solutions
  • Strong track record in business development and revenue generation
  • Experience managing sales teams and handling high-value clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

Pay: From Rs500,000.00 per month
