Sales & Marketing Head

Job Title: Marketing Head / Sales Head
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Head to lead our marketing and sales functions. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team to drive performance and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Product, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Brand Management

  • Establish and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and messaging in the market.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Content & Communications

  • Supervise the development of engaging content (blogs, case studies, videos, etc.).
  • Manage PR activities, media relations, and external communications.

Market & Product Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
  • Partner with product teams to support launches and go-to-market strategies.

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Plan and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
  • Track KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Creative thinking and storytelling expertise.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
