Head of Sales & Marketing

Location: Lahore (Travel across Pakistan) | Industry: Steel

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing team
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Oversee branding, positioning, and promotional activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Drive B2B sales, especially in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
• Ensure timely recovery of receivables

Education:

• BBA/MBA
• 10+ years experience
• Strong leadership
