Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales to lead business development and client acquisition for our printing company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the printing/packaging industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets of QAR 40,000.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in printing, packaging, and related services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.
• Lead client negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote services.
• Work closely with the operations and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales (preferably in printing, packaging, or corporate gifting industry).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License and own a personal car (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Qatar market preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary is linked to Sales Target. Salary : 5000 - 7000 QAR
• High Sales Commission: Attractive commission structure based on achieved sales revenue.
• No accommodation, transportation, or fuel allowance provided.
