Dispatch Coordinator

Plan, schedule, and monitor dispatch activities to meet delivery timelines.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams for smooth operations.

Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.

Ensure accurate documentation (dispatch notes, invoices, delivery challans, etc.).

Handle customer queries and resolve delivery-related issues.

Maintain records of dispatches, delays, and returns for reporting.

Monitor vehicle utilization, routing, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferably in supply chain/logistics).

2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
