Dispatch Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the timely dispatch of goods to customers and distributors. The role involves planning shipments, coordinating with warehouse and transport teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and tracking deliveries to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, delivery challan, etc.)
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for order picking and packing
  • Arrange transport and communicate dispatch details to clients
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve dispatch-related issues or delays
  • Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/Excel reports
  • Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for order clearance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures

Required Skills:

  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes
  • Basic understanding of GST, e-way bills, and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems
  • Ability to handle multiple dispatches simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
