Dispatch Executive

We are seeking a Dispatch Executive with proven experience in the cement and concrete industry. The role is responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, coordinating with transporters and customers, and ensuring timely delivery of cement and ready-mix concrete to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end dispatch operations for cement and concrete products.
• Coordinate with transport team, drivers, and logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and related dispatch documents.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure proper fleet utilization.
• Maintain records of stock, dispatch schedules, and delivery documentation.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, shortages, or complaints.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to prioritize urgent client orders.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards in dispatch operations.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in cement and/or ready-mix concrete dispatch operations (minimum 3–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of transport planning, fleet management, and dispatch procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems.
• Languages - English, Hindi or Malayalam
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
