Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Fleet Coordinator to manage our fleet of 150+ commercial and passenger company-owned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day fleet operations and vehicle utilization.
• Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
• Track and report fuel consumption, expenses, and cost control.
• Manage GPS tracking and route monitoring.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain fleet reports and records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fleet management/transport coordination.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and tracking systems.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
