Dispatch Executive Billing

 Dispatch of all finished product like HB Wire, Wire Rod , Binding Wire, Sponge Iron Lumps/Fines, Billet, TMT, and secondry product like Miss Rolled Light/Heavy , Char Dolochar , Iron Ore Fines and other Waste products.
 Preparation of Sale Order, Tax Invoice, E-Way Bill, Online Transit Pass and E-Invoicing.
 Liaoning & Co-ordination with Transporters & Agents / Customers for timely loading and Unloading.
 Generation of report regarding dispatch details and pending orders through ERP systems (Oracle based program ).
 Co-ordination and co-operation with various departments of plant such as Store, Quality Control & Production Department regarding present stock & quality requirement of customers for delivery & to maintain the standard.
 Reporting to manager (sales & Dispatch )
