Qualification - Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any relevant field

Experience - Min 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry

Salary - Upto 4.8 LPA + Accommodation

Location - Panvel Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Dispatch Incharge to manage and oversee all dispatch-related activities. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in logistics coordination, daily reporting, and documentation, and must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools for maintaining dispatch and departmental records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily dispatch operations including packing, loading, and shipment coordination.

* Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer orders or delivery schedules.

* Maintain and update daily dispatch reports, stock registers, and delivery challans.

* Coordinate with the production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch flow.

* Prepare and maintain all dispatch-related documentation such as:

* Gate passes

* Invoices

* E-way bills

* Transport details

* Material outward registers

* Ensure proper handling and storage of products before dispatch.

* Track and follow up with transporters and couriers for delivery status.

* Maintain records in Excel, Word, and email communications.

* Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery timelines.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms related to dispatch.

Skills

* Strong knowledge of dispatch processes and documentation

* Experience in handling logistics and transport coordination

* Ability to maintain accurate records and reports

* Basic understanding of inventory management
