Customer Service Executive

Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Quotations, Purchase orders, Invoices, Delivery Challan, E-way bill, etc.
  • Stock Management.
  • Ensuring seamless coordination with our overseas suppliers and Indian customers.
  • Coordinate/Follow up product delivery for customers.
  • Effectively making and managing documentation for customers and suppliers for logistics.
  • Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.
  • Payment follow up.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate (B.com preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Must have 3- 5 year’s experience in customer service.
  • Candidate from Panvel region (local resident) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
