Department: Dispatch / Logistics/Warehouse
Reports To: Dispatch Supervisor / Operations Manager
Location:-Chiyada-Bhayala Road

Position Summary

The Dispatch Officer is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of personnel, vehicles, and/or equipment to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. This role acts as the communication hub between field staff, management, and customers, ensuring operational needs are met and all activities are documented accurately.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Dispatch & Coordination

• Receive, prioritise, and assign service calls, work orders, or transport requests.
• Dispatch field staff or drivers based on workload, location, and availability.
• Monitor real-time activities to ensure timely arrivals and task completion.

2. Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact between field personnel, customers, and management.
• Provide updates, instructions, and support to field teams via phone, radio, or digital systems.
• Communicate delays, schedule changes, or emergencies promptly.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Log all job assignments, route changes, and service details accurately.
• Maintain records of mileage, travel time, and resource usage.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on dispatch activities, response times, and service issues.

4. Problem Solving

• Manage unexpected issues such as traffic delays, equipment failures, or personnel changes.
• Escalate critical incidents and coordinate emergency responses when necessary.
• Reassign resources quickly to meet operational demands.

5. System & Compliance

• Use dispatching software, GPS tracking tools, and communication platforms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with route planning and optimisation for efficiency.

Qualifications ,Education & Experience:-

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, customer service, security, or transportation is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
