Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally receive service calls from customers and create work orders in our software system.
  • Prioritize service calls with the correct technician and dispatch appropriately.
  • Thoroughly communicate with the customer and technician and keep both up to date with current situation.
  • Coordinate and schedule service agreement inspections and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain dispatch board and tracking spreadsheets daily.
  • Order and track parts needed and schedule accordingly.
  • Manage unfinished work orders and drive them to completion.
  • Communicate issues with Service Department Manager and Service Supervisors.
  • Adhere to Service Department SOP’s at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Two to Five years’ Service Department and/or office experience.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly competent with mobile, desktop and other IOS and Windows based operating systems.
  • Must be able to hear and see well (either naturally or with correction); ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers and symbols 100% of the time.
  • Able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel and climb stairs as needed to complete your duties.

This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials, tools, or equipment. Manual material handling must be performed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company policies to minimize risk of injury.
