Dispatcher

Overview
We are seeking a talented Dispatcher to join our team.

Concrete Materials of Montana is an established Concrete Ready Mix company based in Belgrade Montana. On an expanding and changing marketplace, we service both residential and commercial projects.

Dispatcher Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products and equipment by specification, availability, and equipment repair status.
• Answer incoming calls and effectively engage customers both on the phone and in person
• Discuss customer needs and suggest suitable products for the application
• Make realistic commitments, and communicate with customers and/or sales reps if deviations from the original commitment occur
• Work with customers in a professional manner
• Schedule product deliveries
• Perform any other duties as assigned
• Must have a team-player attitude and the ability to work well with all levels of personnel
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision
• Build strong employee relations through effective communication and support
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• College education preferred
• Knowledge of construction industry is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
