Dispatcher

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Dispatcher to manage and coordinate freight operations across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking loads, communicating with drivers and brokers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

*Dispatch and manage drayage loads for US operations

*Coordinate with drivers, ports, rail ramps, terminals, and warehouses

*Track containers, chassis, and appointments

*Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of containers

*Handle daily operational issues such as delays, rollovers, and demurrage

*Maintain accurate load details in TMS

*Communicate professionally with US clients via calls and emails

*Monitor KPIs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

*6months-1 years of experience as a OTR/Drayage Dispatcher

*Freshers can also apply

Strong understanding of:

*US port & rail operations

*Drayage workflow

*Container & chassis management

*Good verbal and written English communication

*Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
