Job Description: We are hiring an experienced USA Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the US freight market and be comfortable working in the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and cover loads within the USA logistics market
• Manage and dispatch multiple trucks simultaneously
• Coordinate with brokers and shippers efficiently
• Negotiate competitive rates and confirm load details
• Ensure smooth execution of loads from pickup to delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Dispatcher (USA market)
• Strong hands-on experience in load booking
• Experience handling different truck types:
• 53 ft Dry Vans
• Reefers
• Box Trucks
• Flatbeds
• Mandatory working knowledge of DAT
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
