Job Description – Dispatcher (Load Booking)

Company: Skylane Logistics
Position: Truck Dispatcher (US Process)
Experience Required: 2–4 Years (US Trucking Only)
Shift: US Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Book loads for trucks through load boards and brokers
• Coordinate with drivers for load assignments and routes
• Negotiate rates with brokers and customers
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Maintain load status updates and documentation
• Handle load-related issues and rescheduling

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years US dispatch experience (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in load booking
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with major load boards
• Ability to manage multiple loads and drivers

Skills:

• Excellent English communication
• Quick decision-making
• Multitasking ability
• Attention to detail
