As a Dispatcher, you’re the heartbeat of our daily operations. You’ll communicate across every department, keep information flowing accurately and lightning-fast, and ensure our technicians hit the field prepared, supported, and set up for success. **We Have Multiple Shifts Available!**

What You'll Do

• Audit jobs daily to ensure all critical dispatching steps are completed.
• Execute rebooks and prebooks identified by the Sales Coordinators.
• Manage appointment window updates (8–12, 12–4, 4–8) when timing is tight.
• Communicate proactively with clients about technician arrival times and appointment statuses.
• Support the Customer Coordinator by helping manage the “Win the Day” inbox.
• Provide excellent customer service while delivering strong support to field staff.
• Organize, plan, and forecast jobs to ensure optimal efficiency and outcomes.

What We Require

• At least 2 years experience as a Dispatcher; Trades preferred
• Experience with Google; We use G-Chat and G-mail a lot!
• Reliable transportation; This is not remote
• Service Titan experience preferred
