Dispatcher – Night Shift | $17–$19/hr | Laredo, TX

Anchor Workforce Partners is hiring an experienced Dispatcher for a night shift logistics role in Laredo, TX. If you have dispatching experience and can thrive in a fast-paced freight environment, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Night Shift (Required) | Full-Time | In Person Pay: $17.00 – $19.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and driver schedules using TMS platforms
• Monitor vehicle locations via GPS/GIS and optimize routes in real time
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, and clients
• Maintain accurate records of freight, dispatch activity, and fleet status
• Work with 3PL providers to resolve logistics issues quickly

What You Need

• Proven dispatching experience in transportation or logistics
• Familiarity with TMS platforms (Oracle, AS400, or SyteLine a plus)
• Strong data entry accuracy and multi-line phone skills
• Ability to read GPS/GIS data and transportation reports
• Night shift availability — this is required

Bonus Points

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with FreightWaves or similar logistics software
