Dispatcher

Required 1 year minimum of dispatching experience- we are not accepting applicants without this requirement at this time.

Our company specializes in Commercial Hot Side Kitchen Equipment repair, service and installation.

We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. You will receive requests, handle scheduling of technicians, verify time for accuracy, process estimates, order parts, track vehicles and various other admin tasks.

The goal is to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, as well as take appropriate action with little supervision.

Applicants need the following requirements:

• Required 1 year minimum of dispatching experience
• Clean background and drug testing
• Strong work ethic & positive attitude
• Active listener, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team oriented, help others out with tasks when needed
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Punctual with great attendance
• Tech savvy with experience with Outlook, word, excel (Quick Books is a plus)
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay per hour depending on experience. Overtime available.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year *Required*
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
