Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing the schedules of field units, responding to emergency and non-emergency calls, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly clean and maintain a tidy work environment.
  • Respond promptly to the company’s emergency and non-emergency calls for help and information.
  • Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing effective solutions.
  • Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedules efficiently.
  • Provide Field Technicians with accurate information about orders, obstacles, and requirements.
  • Enter customer data into the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other relevant information.
  • Create PDF and Microsoft Office documents as needed.
  • Maintain an organized document filing system.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in dispatch operations and procedures.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and creating PDF documents.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Service Titan Software Experience (1-2 years)
