Distribution Officer

Shahdara, Pakistan

1. Job Purpose:

The Distribution Officer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of products to our customers while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

2. Key Accountabilities / Deliverables:

  • Coordinate the distribution of products to customers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Oversee the transportation of products, and managing transportation schedules.
  • Manage distribution staff, Driver, Decanters.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet company standards before distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
  • Analyze distribution processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the distribution process.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, to address customer inquiries and resolve distribution-related issues.

3. Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree, Logistic, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 Years of Experience in relevant field

4. Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Location: Ferozwala, Shahdara, Lahore.
