Position: District Coordinator

Location: Rahim Yar Khan

Education: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies or an equivalent discipline

Experience: The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in school monitoring, community mobilization, teacher training, team supervision, and reporting. The role requires an individual capable of effectively engaging with communities, managing field teams, ensuring the quality implementation of educational programs, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Program Implementation & Oversight (30%)

  • Supervise and support effective operations of all ITA operated schools under PSRP, NSP, PSSP programs in the district.
  • Conduct regular field visits to schools to monitor progress and spot check teachers’ progress.
  • Ensure compliance with program timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

Monitoring & Evaluation (30%)

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of school profiles, teacher attendance, student enrollment, and infrastructure.
  • Monitor timely update of students & teachers’ data on SIS/TIS by cluster coordinators.
  • Monitor daily updates of dengue activity by all schools.
  • Ensure regular data collection, documentation, and reporting of school activities, performance indicators, and student outcomes.
  • Coordinate assessments (e.g., ASER, baseline/midline/endline evaluations) and submit timely reports.

Team Management (20%)

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Field Officers, Teachers and other support staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and share feedback.
  • Evaluate team performance and recommend capacity-building initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination (20%)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, district education authorities (DEAs), PEF/PEIMA officials, and community leaders.
  • Ensure that visits by third-party or external monitoring agencies (such as NCHD, MEAs, and AEOs) are properly coordinated and facilitated in schools.
  • Verify that all monitoring reports are accurately documented.
  • Act as a liaison between ITA and local government offices to resolve operational or administrative issues.
  • Organize community engagement activities such as SMC meetings, awareness campaigns, enrollment drives and training workshops.
  • Coordinator with any other government department to ensure smooth operation of schools( if required)

Reporting & Documentation

  • Document success stories, case studies, and field innovations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports to the Regional Manager/Program Team.

Key Skills and Competencies

The candidate must possess strong skills in MS Office and data analysis, along with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities are essential to ensure smooth implementation of field activities and collaboration with relevant partners.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
