Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and leading the sales operations within a designed district. This includes overseeing a team of Medical Representatives, ensuring that sales targets are met, executing strategies to increase market share, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This role requires a balance of leadership, and hands-on sales management to drive growth and achieve the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve the company’s sales objectives and market share growth within agreed budget and time scales through effective management of the Medical Representative.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide Feedback and Coaching to his/her subordinates and ensure the development of his/her sales team through regular field visits.

Market Segmentation: Dividing market into manageable segments based on area potentiality.

Resource Allocation: Assigning resources effectively across different territories to maximize coverage and impact.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders within the district.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the district.

Ensure that all sales activities within the district comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Prepare and submit regular reports on district sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and team performance.

Manage the district’s budget, including sales expenses, promotional activities, and other related costs
Qualifications

Education: Bachelors in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine or Science
Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3+ years in managerial or supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of the therapeutic area relevant to the company’s products.
