Position: Hiring Manager – Doctor Recruitment
Department: Operations
Location: Gurugram

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hiring Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment of doctors across multiple specialties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, proven experience in large-scale medical hiring, and excellent networking and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors (permanent, contractual, and locum positions).
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract and onboard qualified doctors.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of medical professionals and hospital partners.
  • Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare clients to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
  • Manage a recruitment team and ensure timely fulfillment of all doctor positions.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases accurately using CRM/ATS tools (e.g., Oorwin).
  • Track hiring performance metrics, prepare reports, and share regular updates with leadership.
  • Ensure all credentialing, documentation, and onboarding processes are completed in compliance with standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or doctor hiring domain.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, medical roles, and healthcare staffing structures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, CRMs, and data management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
